Dahl Consulting is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our global manufacturing client in Anoka, MN. This on-site role covers Windows and iOS support across a large enterprise, with hands-on troubleshooting, ticket ownership, and collaboration with senior IT staff.

The position runs M-F with a 6:00 AM–4:30 PM shift and requires initial on-site training. Compensation is $25-28 per hour as a W2 employee, with benefits and a focus on timely issue resolution in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting Windows and iOS environments in large enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, iOS, and device management.
• Experience with SCCM, Azure AD, Active Directory, and Office 365 administration.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of supporting onsite manufacturing operations.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on technical support to end-users, production teams, and IT leadership.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, and network issues.
• Take ownership of tickets and drive timely resolutions in line with SLAs.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions; develop knowledge base articles.
