Job summary

Johnson Screens Inc in New Brighton, MN is hiring an IT Client Support Specialist to provide Tier 1/2 end-user support across office and manufacturing environments. This onsite role requires a 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with occasional after-hours support and travel to other locations.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree in IT or related field, strong knowledge of Windows/M365/AD/Entra ID, and experience with device provisioning and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, endpoint management tools, mobile devices, printers and related technologies.
• Experience with user account administration, software deployment, device provisioning, inventory management and troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license with occasional travel to other locations.
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, endpoint deployment and mobile device management preferred.
• Experience supporting users in manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 end-user IT support for Windows desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals and Microsoft 365.
• Manage incident queues, ensure timely resolution and proper documentation.
• Administer user accounts, security groups, access requests, password resets in AD/Entra ID and M365.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning and asset disposition.
• Support manufacturing and office technology, including shop-floor devices and printers.
• Maintain IT assets, inventories and knowledge base; assist with IT projects and improvements.
• Occasional travel to other locations and after-hours support as needed.
• Lift and move equipment and work with cross-functional teams.
