Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of IT experience; live events experience is a plus.
• Supports desktop systems and mobile devices; time-sensitive troubleshooting.
• Strong verbal/written communication and customer service skills.
• Solid networking knowledge; TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP familiarity.
• Certs such as CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft; preferred.
