Qualifications

3–5 years of IT support or desktop support experience.
Experience providing Level 2 technical support in a professional environment.
Strong background in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, network connectivity, and user access issues.
Serve as a primary point of contact for IT support requests, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Office applications, and other business software.
Set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and peripheral equipment.
Assist with user account administration, access permissions, and security procedures.
Support IT operations for employees in San Antonio and Toronto, Canada.
Troubleshoot warehouse technology, including mobile scanning devices, label printers, and related operational equipment.
Assist with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft NAV, and other company applications.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT requests, recurring issues, equipment changes, and resolutions.
Work closely with the IT Manager and other team members to identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
Take ownership of technical issues, proactively identifying solutions and escalating more complex problems when necessary.
