Consolidated Turbine Specialists, LLC (CTS), a Kratos' company, seeks an experienced IT Support Specialist to work onsite at their Bristow, OK facility. The role provides front-line support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and network services, with emphasis on Windows 11 configuration and service desk processes.

You will manage tickets, assist leadership, and help maintain IT operations across the site, including after-hours support and device provisioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 2 years related experience, or certifications with a minimum of 4 years related experience in lieu of degree.
• Proven hardware and software experience, including Windows 11, Office 365, Adobe products, VPN, smartphone, and printers.
• Networking experience, including wired/wireless troubleshooting and basic VPN connectivity.

Responsabilités

• Provide front-line onsite and remote technical support to identified locations, troubleshooting hardware, software, telephones, mobile devices, VPN, printers, and network connectivity.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows 11 desktop and laptop computers in an enterprise environment.
• Coordinate, troubleshoot and resolve incoming tickets, calls, and walk-up requests; escalate as needed.
• Onsite resource for other IT departments and after-hours support as required.
