Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc.’s KUAS division seeks an IT Support Specialist to deliver front-line technical support at onsite and remote locations, resolving issues with desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, VPN, and network services.

You will configure Windows 10 devices, manage user accounts, tickets, and coordinate with leadership to ensure timely problem resolution while supporting after-hours needs as required.

Competenze

• Requires Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of related experience; or applicable certifications with a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Proven hardware and software experience including Windows 10 and VPN.
• Networking experience with wired/wireless troubleshooting and basic VPN connectivity issues.

Mansioni

• Provide front-line onsite and remote technical support to identified locations, troubleshooting hardware, software, phones, mobile devices, VPN, printers, and network connectivity.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows 10 desktop and laptop computers in an enterprise environment.
• Coordinate and resolve incoming tickets, phone calls, and walk-up requests.
• Ensure priority support to senior leadership, including after-hours support as needed.
• Manage user accounts, shared resources, and group memberships.
• May support multiple segments within the organization and assist with team deployment efforts.
