Job summary

Consolidated Turbine Specialists, LLC (CTS), a Kratos company, seeks an experienced IT Support Specialist to be based onsite at our Bristow, OK facility. You will resolve desktop, laptop, mobile, printer, and network issues for employees and contractors, ensuring reliable access to systems and services.

You will provide front-line on-site and remote support, manage Windows 11 devices, handle tickets, and assist senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years of related experience, or certifications with minimum 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Proven hardware and software experience including Windows 11, Office 365, VPN, Smartphones, and printers.
• Networking experience with wired/wireless issues and basic VPN connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line onsite and remote technical support for locations, troubleshooting hardware, software, phones, VPN, printers, and network connectivity.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows 11 desktops and laptops in an enterprise environment.
• Coordinate, troubleshoot and resolve incoming tickets, calls and walk-up requests.
• Ensure priority support for senior leadership and after-hours as needed.
• Monitor IT tickets in the service desk system and escalate as required.
