Job summary

Parkside Utility Construction, LLC is seeking a Specialist IT Onsite Support to provide comprehensive technical support for onsite and remote staff, manage user lifecycles, and act as SME for the internal production tracking software. The role includes provisioning, configuring, deploying, and decommissioning hardware and administering accounts and group policies.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network issues, maintain asset records, and ensure secure, reliable connectivity

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
2–4+ years in IT desktop support, helpdesk, or field technician roles.
Authorized to work in the United States.
18+ years old.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for onsite employees and occasional remote staff.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and peripheral issues promptly.
Manage user lifecycle tasks: provisioning, configuring, deploying, and decommissioning hardware.
Administer user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
Maintain local network connectivity and basic Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate records of hardware, software licenses, and asset inventory.
Serve as SME on internal production tracking software.
