Job summary

Booth & Associates is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to serve as a primary IT contact across six offices. You will install, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and upkeep software and systems supporting operations. You will work with the IT Manager to research solutions for IT issues; this role is in-office.

You will resolve hardware and software issues, manage accounts and devices, and deploy resources for new hires while traveling occasionally for onsite support and project assistance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of applicable experience required.
• Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolutions
• Familiarity with help desk software such as EasyVista and Samange
• Knowledge of remote access desktop programs and how to use them
• Ability to communicate efficiently with employees to learn more about tickets
• Experience supporting Windows server environments
• Self-starter that can operate independently, but also collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices

Responsibilities

• Resolve software and hardware issues across multiple offices for technical and non-technical end-users.
• Administer and support the latest versions of Windows and engineering software.
• Provision and deploy workstations, user accounts, applications, and related IT resources for new and existing employees.
• Support safety standards and best practices to maintain a safe environment for employees, clients, and the public.
• Manage IT inventory and coordinate repair of hardware (laptops, desktops, accessories, phones).
• Occasional travel to company offices to provide onsite technical support and deployments.
