Job summary

First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard are seeking a detail‑oriented IT help desk specialist in Sioux Falls, SD. You will triage Level 1 support requests, provide desktop and M365 assistance, and manage user accounts across AD and related systems.

The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to IT security standards. On-call rotation and onboarding/offboarding support are included as part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Experience using M365 apps and AD management.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and triage Level 1 support tickets via Freshservice, phone, and email.
• Provide desktop, mobile, and Microsoft 365 application support.
• Provision, modify, and deactivate user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
