First PREMIER Bank in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking an entry-level IT Help Desk professional to provide first-level technical support and user access administration for enterprise systems. You will triage requests via Freshservice, support desktop and Microsoft 365, manage account provisioning in Active Directory, and participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 coverage.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2+ years related experience required.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Windows OS required.
• Familiarity with Freshservice or similar ITSM platforms preferred.
• CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage Level 1 support tickets via Freshservice, phone, and email.
• Provide technical support for desktop, mobile, and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Provision, modify, and deactivate user accounts in AD, M365, and other systems.
• Manage access requests, group memberships, and MFA configurations.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 support or application teams.
• Document support activities and contribute to knowledge base.
• Communicate service impacts and updates to end users.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
