Job summary

Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. seeks an experienced Technical Support Specialist to support NAVFAC Marianas in Guam.

This onsite role provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support, asset management, and documentation for end users, CIO3 staff, and military personnel, ensuring hardware, software, and network connectivity issues are resolved quickly. You will manage tickets, maintain asset records and SOPs, assist with device provisioning and handset deployments, and coordinate between end users and IT

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship is required and interim DoD credentialing may be needed.

Responsibilities

Serve as initial contact for IT support requests via email, phone, Teams, and ticketing system.
Log, classify, prioritize, troubleshoot, and close Tier 1–2 tickets per CIO3 SLAs.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, peripheral, OS, and network issues.
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain workstations, software, peripherals, and mobile devices.
Provide MDM support including provisioning, configuration, security enforcement, and maintenance.
Manage IT assets and software licenses through lifecycle: receipt, deployment, custody, and disposal.
Track landlines, VoIP services, lines, service requests, and directories.
Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, asset records, and outage communications.
