Job summary

Citizant in the Washington, DC area is seeking an IT Support professional to join our government-focused team. You will collaborate with stakeholders, assist with end-user software support, database management, and deployment, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to keep systems running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of IT support experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of IT support experience.
• Experience with end-user software support, database management, software deployment, and troubleshooting software and hardware.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills interacting with clients and team members.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with government stakeholders to ensure IT governance compliance.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to foster team communication and implement IT best practices.
• Coordinate with corporate resources to maintain quality standards.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and briefings as needed.
• Provide integration, analysis, design, development, documentation, and implementation support.
• Assist in training team members on database management processes.
• Support HSPD-12 enrollments and activations for SmartID cards.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues as they arise.
