Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization, seeks an enthusiastic IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technology support to internal employees in a fast-paced corporate environment.

This onsite role focuses on end-user hardware, software, and workplace technology issues, with opportunities to grow by learning Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Microsoft 365 while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career professional with a related degree preferred.
• Hands-on experience building/troubleshooting PCs and devices.
• Familiarity with Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary onsite IT support resource for employees.
• Provide face-to-face, phone, ticketing, chat, and email support.
• Build, configure, test, deploy, and maintain PCs and devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, iOS, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Install, update, and manage software across devices.
• Maintain documentation and IT processes.
