Job summary

Charter Tech Services is seeking an IT Support Specialist to work full-time at our client site in San Dimas, CA. You will manage Windows devices, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Chromebooks, and Apple devices, while providing end-user training and handling user accounts across Entra AD and other systems.

The role requires strong communication, 2+ years helpdesk experience, a professional on-site presence, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting users in a helpdesk role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to represent our company on-site with the client daily.
• Must pass a background check and have a clean record; may lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows-based devices.
• Administer Microsoft 365.
• Admin Google Workspace and Chromebooks.
• Admin Apple MAC and iOS devices.
• Provide training/assistance for end users.
• Manage user accounts and policies across multiple systems (Entra AD, Google Workspace, LoB-specific).
• Handle tickets via ZenDesk.
