Job summary

The ideal candidate has experience in Windows and macOS, familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and strong customer service and problem-solving skills. On-call rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Apple, or similar certifications are desirable.
• Experience in a help desk, desktop support, or technical support role preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional technical support to faculty, staff, and students.
• Support Windows and macOS operating systems and related software applications.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and other technology devices.
• Support classroom technology, audio/visual equipment, projectors, displays, and collaboration tools.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in an on-call rotation or provide after-hours support when necessary.
