Job summary

North Memorial Health seeks a Desktop Service Specialist to deliver advanced technical support for internal and external users. You will maintain desktop environments, deploy solutions with IT teams, and act as the IT ambassador on-site to ensure a superior user experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in Information Technology, required
• 2 years' experience within the health care related field, preferred
• Mid-level experience with PC operating systems and applications, including Windows, Microsoft O365 tools, remote support applications, Active Directory, and Apple iOS
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex workstation issues
• Strong customer service experience in a technical setting
• Ability to work in a team environment, strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, analyze and solve problems/activities with minimal work direction
• Experience with Microsoft operating systems, Office suite and ITIL Service Management structure
• Experience with logins, printing, and remote access
• Familiarity with SCCM, Intune, Entra/Active Directory, and Networking configuration and administration

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and issue resolution to internal and external customers
• Maintain and manage desktop environments across North Memorial locations
• Implement new and collaborative IT solutions while working with cross-functional teams
• Serve as an on-site IT ambassador, ensuring exceptional user experiences
