Job summary

Qualifications

• Essential: High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years of IT area experience; CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, installs and supports microprocessor-based computing systems and peripherals.
• Responds to outages and go-live support, including on-call requests outside core hours.
• Utilizes service management to handle incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Maintains documentation and basic cybersecurity knowledge related to the role.
• Performs routine IT asset management and supports end-users with hardware/software issues.
