Expel is hiring for an on-site IT Support role at the HQ in Herndon, VA. You will be the first point of contact for end-users, handling device, account, and app issues, and ensuring conference rooms and shared spaces run smoothly.

You’ll onboard new hires, manage access and equipment, and support the cloud-first IT stack. Excellent customer service and a proactive approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional experience in IT support, help desk, or a related role.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for end-users who need technical help.
• Upscale requests requiring admin or engineering changes.
• Keep end-users updated on the status of their requests.
• Provide walk-up and break-fix support for HQ IT systems, AV, and conferencing.
• Run onboarding sessions for new hires and ensure access on day one.
• Manage asset shipments and returns with the device lifecycle vendor.
• Help users maximize tool usage through trainings.
• Maintain end-user documentation and IT knowledge base.
• Spot recurring issues in tickets and suggest improvements.
