Job summary

Procore is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Austin to deliver technical support and handle onboarding and asset management for internal teams. You will support macOS and Windows, manage identity access (Okta/AD), and troubleshoot SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.

Deadline-driven role with ITSM workflows (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow) and collaboration with Security for endpoint compliance.

Qualifications

2+ years in an enterprise IT support or End User Services role.
Proficiency supporting macOS and Windows in a corporate network.
Hands-on experience with identity platforms (Okta, AD) and mobile device management (Jamf Pro, Intune).
Familiarity with cloud tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom) and Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and OS across global offices and remote setups.
Manage onboarding/offboarding lifecycle, including laptop provisioning and identity lifecycle access.
Maintain ITSM ticket queues (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow) and meet SLA targets.
Troubleshoot productivity SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, M365).
Collaborate with IT Infrastructure and Security to deploy system updates and enforce endpoint compliance.
Maintain hardware inventory, coordinate repairs and refreshes.
Draft and update self-service knowledge base and SOPs for internal users.
