Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience or equivalent.
• 2+ years of technical troubleshooting experience.
• Driver's license required.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide workplace and end-user support.
• Assist with PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and workplace equipment.
• Install, set up, and maintain devices and standard software (Windows, Microsoft 365, iOS).
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Deliver friendly, customer-focused support to end users.
• Support walkup IT desks or kiosks as needed.
• Provide smart hands support for servers, network devices, and site equipment under remote guidance.
• Assist with cabling, patching, and basic rack activities.
• Help with datacenter tasks and backup activities.
• Follow technical documentation and procedures.
• Share feedback to improve processes with other teams and vendors.
