Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an IT Support professional to be stationed onsite in Wendell, NC. You will serve as the IT point of contact for employees and provide hands-on support for laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365, troubleshooting hardware, software, and OS issues and driving problems to resolution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software and operating systems.
• Experience imaging, configuring, deploying, and re-imaging laptops/workstations.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication skills.
