Job summary

CTSI in Lubbock, TX, seeks an IT Help Desk Technician to deliver hands-on software and hardware support for clients across Texas. You will answer calls, provide remote, in-office, and on-site assistance, and coordinate with the MSP ecosystem to resolve issues efficiently.

The role requires 2–4 years of IT triage/help desk experience, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with ConnectWise. A 40-hour week with after-hours flexibility is expected; CJIS background check is required.

Qualifications
