Computer Transition Services, Inc. in Lubbock, TX, is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide on-site and remote support, maintain positive client relations, and resolve hardware and software issues for clients across Texas and nearby regions.

The role requires 2–4 years of IT triage/help desk experience, a High School Diploma and an associated 2-year technical degree; certifications such as MS900, AZ900, or CompTIA A+ are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IT triage/help desk experience.
• High School Diploma; 2-year technical degree in Applied Science or Computer Technology.
• Tech certifications such as MS900/AZ900/CompTIA A+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support calls and assist clients remotely, in-office and on-site.
• Bi-weekly rotation of in-office phone and ticket support and on-site projects.
• Maintain records and expense accounts in ConnectWise.
• Provide on-site client support and hardware maintenance.
• Pass CJIS background check.
• Learn and implement new technologies.
