Job summary

Computer Transition Services, Inc. (CTSI) seeks a dedicated IT Help Desk Technician for our Lubbock office. The role supports clients remotely, in-office, and on-site, with a bi-weekly rotation for phone/ticket work and field projects.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in IT triage/help desk, strong customer service, and familiarity with ConnectWise. CJIS background check is required; travel to local sites is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; tech degree preferred.
• 2-year/4-year IT-related degrees favored.
• MS900, AZ900, CompTIA A+ certifications are a plus.
• Hands-on IT triage/help desk experience desired.
• Experience with MSPs is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support calls and assist clients remotely, in-office, and on-site.
• Maintain records and expense accounts using systems like ConnectWise.
• Provide on-site client support and hardware maintenance.
• Identify, research, and implement solutions to client problems.
• Manage 40-hour work week with possible after-hours project work.
• Foster positive client relations and uphold professional standards.
