Job summary

Mountain Land Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking an on-site IT Support Specialist to be the first line of help for our clinical and administrative teams. You will take requests by phone, email, and ticket, fix issues at the desktop, swap hardware, set up laptops for new hires, and travel to clinics for hands-on work when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in help desk, technical support, or similar role.
• Willingness to learn quickly and develop technical skills.
• Ability to work fully on-site and travel to clinics as needed.
• Desire to help clinicians and staff with technology issues.

Responsibilities

• Take in support requests, prioritize them, work them, and document results.
• Fix desktop and device issues, including software installs and hardware swaps.
• Set up equipment and accounts for new hires, and remove access when needed.
• Support clinic technology including workstations, printers, phones, tablets, and payment terminals.
• Travel to clinics for hardware replacements or on-site issues.
• Escalate complex issues and learn how they are resolved.
• Maintain asset records and document fixes for future staff.
