Responsibilities

• Assist patients with exercise execution and placement on modalities as directed.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and keep calendar full.
• Obtain and verify insurance benefits and prior authorization.
• Collect copays and balances with professionalism.
• Fill same-day cancellations and keep next week’s schedule full.
• Data entry in the EHR system.
• Assist therapists to keep sessions on time.
• Turn over treatment rooms between patients and maintain cleanliness.
• Restock supplies before shortages occur.
