Job summary

Eagle Hill Consulting seeks an IT Support Specialist to join our Arlington, VA based IT team. You will set up and support PCs, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra, and Power Platform tools, ensuring seamless operation of devices, apps, and collaboration systems.

The role emphasizes customer service, troubleshooting, and documentation, with on-site hours Monday–Friday and opportunities to grow in cloud technologies and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of IT support / helpdesk / internal IT operations experience.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft 365, including MFA and access controls.
• Experience with MS Azure/Entra and MS Intune.
• Basic understanding of Power Apps and Power Automate; basic AI tool knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, customer-focused IT support to employees.
• Set up, configure, and deploy PCs and end-user tech; onboarding/offboarding tasks.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; manage tickets via systems.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint) and access controls.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and assist with documentation and process improvements.
