Job summary

DEPLOY in Buckhead, GA is seeking an Corporate Technology Specialist to support executive leadership and corporate office technology. You will serve as a Tier 2 escalation resource for complex issues, troubleshooting Microsoft 365 apps, Teams Rooms, and endpoint hardware.

The role emphasizes high-quality service, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of IT support, workplace technology, executive support, or related role.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and high-visibility users preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting across Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Experience supporting conference room, audiovisual, and collaboration technologies.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology support for executive leadership and corporate office personnel.
• Serve as a Tier 2 escalation resource for complex incidents and service requests.
• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Support Microsoft Teams Rooms, conference room technology, audiovisual systems, and collaboration tools.
• Deploy, configure, and support Windows laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, and access management.
• Support executive meetings, board meetings, and events requiring tech support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and collaboration issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
• Collaborate with IT Operations, Security, and Service Desk for a high-quality experience.
• Assist with workplace technology projects and enhancements.
