Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes requests for help from users experiencing hardware, software, networking issues.
• Interviews users to collect problem details and guides them through diagnostic steps.
• References more complex problems to supervisor or technical staff as needed.
• Logs calls in the problem management system and maintains records.
