Job summary

Valley Bank, a leading relationship bank, seeks an IT Associate to serve as the primary on-site technology resource for Dudley Ventures (DV), a Valley Bancorp subsidiary. You will coordinate, maintain, and support IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user technology to ensure reliable operations.

Based in Phoenix, you will provide hands-on support for hardware, software, Great Plains, and other business-critical platforms, support onboarding/offboarding, and collaborate with Valley IT, vendors,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 7 years experience in IT Support.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on onsite technical support for business-critical software platforms.
• Assist with implementation, testing, and ongoing support of IT initiatives and projects.
• Setup and lifecycle maintenance for laptops, monitors, and other tech assets.
• Support Phoenix-based staff with issue diagnosis and resolution, plus end-user training.
• Manage user accounts, access provisioning, and onboarding/offboarding activities.
• Collaborate with departments to identify tech needs and implement practical solutions.
• Support office tech infrastructure including conference rooms, printers, connectivity, and telecomm systems.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers.
