The IT Associate serves as the primary on-site technology resource for Dudley Ventures (DV), a subsidiary of Valley Bancorp, working in partnership with Valley IT to support the organization's technology needs. This position is responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and supporting IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user technology to ensure reliable and secure operations. Job duties include providing hands‑on technical support, facilitating the effective delivery of network, hardware, software, and disaster recovery services, coordinating with Valley IT, management, vendors, and external advisors, and assisting with the evaluation and implementation of new technologies. The IT Associate also supports ongoing efforts to improve IT processes, enhance cybersecurity awareness, and ensure technology solutions align with DV's operational objectives.
