Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in IT Support, Desktop Support, or Help Desk.
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Active Directory / Entra ID.
• Laptop provisioning and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with VPN, MFA, and basic networking.
• Experience with IT Asset Management and ticketing tools.

Aufgaben

• Provide L1/L2 Desktop and IT Support.
• Configure laptops, desktops, software, and user accounts.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN, and MFA.
• Support Active Directory / Entra ID and user access management.
• Manage IT inventory, device allocation, and returns.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Track and resolve IT support tickets.
