Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field.
• 2 years of applicable experience.
• Strong time-management and deadline setting.
• Familiarity with EasyVista and Samange help desk.
• Knowledge of remote access desktop programs.
• Clear communication when handling tickets with users.
• Experience supporting Windows server environments.

Responsibilities

• Resolve software and hardware issues across multiple offices.
• Administer Windows and engineering software.
• Provision and deploy workstations, user accounts, applications, and related IT resources.
• Support and contribute to a safety culture by following safety standards and best practices.
• Manage IT inventory and coordinate repair of hardware.
• Occasional travel to company offices for onsite support.
• Understand networking fundamentals and be onsite for core networking issues.
• Communicate with employees and clients to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Update, maintain and monitor computer networks.
• Organize and file documentation for warranties and instructional hardware guides.
• Create SOPs for IT team and employee use.
