Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a part-time Runner (onsite) in Phoenix, AZ. The role blends courier-style duties with light IT support, including workstation setup and basic hardware replacement, working closely with the Service team to keep daily operations smooth at office and client sites.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ year in IT/support, strong organization, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (some technical training preferred).
• 1+ year experience in support, courier, or entry-level IT role.
• Basic skills in computer setup, hardware replacement, and network connectivity.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment (up to 50 lbs).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy in handling purchases and equipment.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and willing to handle varied tasks, both errands and technical.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for client visits.
• Work location: This is a fully in-office position.
• Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours/week)

Responsibilities

• Local travel for shipping/receiving, collecting mail, office supplies, vehicle maintenance.
• Local travel to and from client locations to pick up, drop off, or connect equipment.
• Local travel to on-site suppliers to pick up parts or equipment for service on an emergency basis.
• Other office duties as necessary.
• Maintain trust and security in use of a corporate credit card and record all expenses.
