Intelligent Technical Solutions in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a part-time IT Technical Runner (onsite). The role blends courier duties with light IT support, handling local travel, equipment pickups, workstation setup, and basic hardware replacement, working closely with the Service team in-office and at client sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (some technical training preferred).
• 1+ year experience in support, courier, or entry-level IT role.
• Basic skills in computer setup, hardware replacement, and network connectivity.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment (up to 50 lbs).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy in handling purchases and equipment.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and willing to handle varied tasks, both errands and technical.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for client visits.
• Work location: This is a fully in-office position.
• Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours/week)

Responsibilities

• Local travel for shipping/receiving, collecting mail, office supplies, vehicle maintenance.
• Travel to and from client locations to pick up, drop off, or connect equipment.
• On-site visits to pick up parts or equipment needed by Service on an emergency basis.
• Other office duties as necessary.
• Maintain trust and security in use of a corporate credit card for purchases and record/submit expenses.
