Eide Bailly is seeking an onsite Support Engineer in Denver, CO, to provide desktop and hardware support across multiple locations. You will troubleshoot Windows environments, print hardware, and software issues while maintaining inventories and documenting solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of Microsoft product experience, PC hardware expertise, and excellent customer service skills. This role requires independent work and reliable attendance, with in-office work as the norm.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience with Microsoft products.
• 2-4 years of experience with PC hardware.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge PC and printer hardware.
• Outstanding customer service and strong problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent technical assistance and desktop support to end users at multiple locations (Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, Grand Junction).
• Installs, modifies, and repairs computer hardware and software.
• Troubleshoots computer systems, printer hardware, software, and network issues.
• Asks questions to determine the nature of the problem and walks end users through solutions.
• Documents end users queries, problems, and solutions and maintains inventories.
• Serves as back-up resource for the Help Desk and ensures timely project performance.
