Eide Bailly is seeking an on-site Support Engineer in Denver, CO to provide desktop and equipment support across multiple Colorado locations. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, install and repair systems, and document issues with follow-up to ensure resolution.

Role requires 2–4 years with Microsoft products and strong customer service skills; multitasking and independent work are essential in a multi-location office environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; 2–4 years with Microsoft products and PC hardware.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows and Office; printer hardware experience is a plus.
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support at multiple Colorado locations; Denver as primary.
• Install, modify, repair computer hardware and software and troubleshoot systems.
• Document queries, problems and solutions; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Serve as backup for Help Desk in a multi-location office; maintain inventories.
• Maintain compliance with budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines.
