Corporate Technologies is hiring a Field Service Engineer in Fargo, ND to manage complex client environments and mentor technicians. You will lead escalations, design secure IT solutions, and work across servers, networks, and cloud services with emphasis on Exchange, Office 365, Azure, and AD.

The position requires 7+ years in IT, advanced troubleshooting, and strong documentation. On-call rotation and occasional overtime are part of the role; local transportation is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in IT-related field.
• Advanced system administration and networking experience.
• Experience with scripting or automation (Python, PowerShell, APIs).
• Cloud platform experience (Azure preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting of server, network, security, and infra issues.
• Independently manage and support client environments, including servers and cloud services.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable IT solutions.
• Mentor Field Service Technicians and participate in client meetings.
• Document root cause analysis and resolutions thoroughly.
