Job summary

MKS2 Technologies, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support the Department of Veterans Affairs onsite at VA facilities in Honolulu, HI. You will install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IT equipment and software for a mission-critical network.

• Provide imaging, desktop support, adds/moves and changes; manage assets and inventory.
• Use Service Now to document changes, issues, and work tasks; monitor systems for risks.
