Job summary

Kentro is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support VA-ESOM End Point and Operations Monitoring across the United States. The role involves onsite support at Danville VA Medical Center in Danville, IL, with potential remote tasks. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or other engineering/technical discipline or 8 years of additional relevant experience may substitute for education.
• 2+ years of IT Technical Support, Help Desk or System Administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, test, and troubleshoot computer systems and equipment for users.
• Provide remote and desk-side technical support and handle IT tickets.
• Set up and maintain user accounts; interface with software applications; generate reports.
