Job summary

AVASO Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced onsite IT support professional to join our Site Technology Servicing team as an independent contractor. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and end-user devices, while supporting network and server related tasks on site.

Responsibilities include managing tickets in ServiceNow, coordinating with the backend team, enforcing SLAs, and delivering superior end-user support for Windows 7/10, Office 365,

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in IT support in a corporate enterprise
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 and their remote access
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
Understanding of Active Directory
Familiarity with Microsoft server technologies (Office 365, SharePoint, File/Print, DHCP, DNS)

Responsibilities

Provide onsite IT technical support for the site
Handle end-user desktop and laptop issues
Install and support software and assets
Onboard new users and offboard departing users
Coordinate with external vendors when needed
Manage tickets via ServiceNow
Support network devices with backend team
Troubleshoot VPN and MS Office 365 issues
Maintain asset inventory and SOPs for the global team
