Job summary

ACL Digital is seeking an on-site technician to support customers in the Denver area, delivering hands-on IT help to keep devices, networks, and AV equipment running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot PC/Mac, printers, and meeting platforms, manage tickets in ServiceNow, and travel to client sites as needed. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of on-site technical support experience.
• Ability to diagnose and fix PC, MAC, AV, and network issues.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers within your coverage location(s): on-site, client engagements, or off-site.
• Troubleshoot PC, MAC, AV, and network connectivity issues; ServiceNow ticket management.
• Move devices through asset management from acquisition to disposal.
• Printer support: installation, configuration, relocation, and troubleshooting.
• Occasional travel may be required to support other locations or events.
• Provide remote hands support guided by the network operations team.
• VIP/White Glove support.
• Occasional after-hours support may be required.
