Job summary

TECEZE is seeking a Deskside Support Engineer with 3–5 years of IT infrastructure support experience. This onsite role covers basic networking, data center operations, and hardware troubleshooting.

You will work with internal teams, customers, vendors, and remote technical teams to resolve issues efficiently. Responsibilities include configuring switches/routers, managing WAPs, supporting VoIP phones, and using ITSM tools to track incidents.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support.
• Onsite technical support covering basic networking, data center operations, monitoring tools, hardware troubleshooting, OS, ITSM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and remote teams to troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for basic networking, data center operations, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, and wireless access points.
• Support Avaya VoIP phones and monitor systems with SolarWinds.
• Respond to monitoring alerts and coordinate with remote teams.
