Job summary

TECEZE is seeking a Deskside Support with 3–5 years of IT infrastructure experience to join our on-site team in Salt Lake City. You will handle basic networking, data center operations, hardware troubleshooting, and ITSM tooling, acting as the on-site support partner for internal teams, customers, and vendors.

This hands-on role requires strong technical knowledge and clear communication with remote teams, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and with minimal downtime.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of network devices such as switches, routers and wireless APs (prefer CISCO, Riverbed)
Experience with VLANs and assigning switch ports
Troubleshooting of Avaya VOIP basic configuration
Troubleshoot fiber links between switches and communicate with remote teams
Experience with data center infrastructure and monitoring tools

Responsibilities

Basic knowledge of network devices such as switches, routers, wireless APs and CISCO/Riverbed gear
Troubleshoot and replace network switch chassis blades as needed
Monitor and troubleshoot data center equipment and UPS/PDU health
Assist IT/network admins and vendors during troubleshooting
Coordinate with remote teams to resolve issues
