Job summary

Jobot is seeking an IT Engineer to join our on-site consulting team in San Francisco, CA. You will deliver Level 2/3 technical support across diverse platforms, focusing on security and IT infrastructure for enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of technical support in a consulting context, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and hands-on experience with Azure, Intune, Meraki, and SSO/MFA/SLA practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a consulting role.
• Extensive experience with MDM, SSO, MFA, Slack, Azure, MAC, Windows, Intune, Imaging, Deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of SLA tracking and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 technical support to clients, resolving complex issues.
• Troubleshoot issues across iOS/Android, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP.
• Track and manage SLAs to ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in deployment of new systems and decommissioning old ones.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and skills.
• Stay updated on trends in tech services to improve offerings.
