Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an IT Support Coordinator to join the Operations team on site in North Charleston, SC. The role supports basic Tier 1 IT tasks, coordinates with MSPs and providers, and helps manage equipment, networks, and telecom services across our venues.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years IT support, strong troubleshooting skills, and a solid understanding of Windows, Office apps, and network fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years IT support or related experience preferred.
• Networking certifications (CompTIA Network+ or CCNA) beneficial but not required.
• Hands-on experience with hardware/software troubleshooting, user account management, and basic network support.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic Tier 1 IT support for computers, printers, peripherals, applications, passwords, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot network, Internet, wireless, and basic connectivity problems.
• Support and coordinate telephone, VoIP, mobile phone, and telecommunications issues.
• Serve as the onsite point of contact for the MSP, Internet providers, telecom providers, and other technology vendors.
• Provide onsite assistance to the MSP when physical access is required, including moving equipment and replacing hardware.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and basic network/telecom documentation.
• Escalate server, security, systems administration, and other advanced technical issues to the MSP.
