Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking an Onsite Technical Coordinator to provide hands-on technology and IT support within a fast-paced onsite operation. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for employees needing assistance with IT equipment, system access, hardware troubleshooting, and general technical support.

Contract Duration: Immediate start through ~Dec 31, 2026 with a project milestones-based bonus of 20% of total salary.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree, technical certification, or related IT education preferred.
1-3 years IT support or related role preferred.
Experience troubleshooting Windows, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.

Responsibilities

IT asset check-in/check-out and tracking of laptops, desktops, monitors, and other equipment.
Asset inventory management and routine audits.
Hardware troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
IT help desk support for onsite employees with issues including login, access, and software.
Create and manage IT tickets; escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
Support new hires with equipment and access preparations.
Conduct routine inspections of workstations and equipment to prevent issues.
Troubleshoot Windows-based systems, connectivity, and software functionality.
Maintain documentation of support activities and asset movements.
Collaborate with onsite leadership, HR, operations, and IT teams to resolve requests.
Provide professional, responsive customer service and clear solutions.
Follow IT security and asset-handling policies.
