Cognizant is seeking a Field Services Support to manage day-to-day onsite end-user support at client locations. You will own IMAC requests, handle break-fix incidents, and provide infrastructure project support with SLA attainment and customer satisfaction as priorities.

Role requires travel between sites, after-hours support, and adherence to ITIL processes. Start date December 2026; salary is $45,000 annually with eligibility for incentive programs.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or higher in related field.
• 0-2 years in IT end-user/field services support.
• ITIL incident, request, change, problem and asset management experience.
• Experience with ITSM tools listed above.
• Windows and MacOS endpoints, M365, AD/Entra ID, Okta, CrowdStrike, Webex.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day onsite end-user support across client locations.
• Own IMAC requests and device deployments for end users.
• Support desktop, laptop, printer, mobile, AV incidents and escalations.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal groups for outages and repairs.
• Ensure asset tagging, CMDB updates, and lifecycle records.
