Managed System Solutions (MSS) is seeking a Dedicated Technology Coordinator to serve as the primary client contact and coordinate onsite IT support across multiple client locations in the Greater Indianapolis area. You will troubleshoot common issues, manage tickets, and work closely with remote teams to resolve problems efficiently.

The role emphasizes strong communication, ownership, and ability to travel between sites, with occasional office work in Carmel, IN.

Formación

• 1–2 years of hands-on IT support, desktop support, Help Desk, or related role.
• Proficiency with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and VPN connections.
• Experience with IT security practices (MFA, antivirus, endpoint protection).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary liaison between MSS and assigned clients and coordinate onsite visits.
• Provide first-level technical support for common hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
• Document issues, resolutions, and keep client tech documentation current.
• Coordinate onsite visits and work with remote Help Desk and vendors as needed.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate status updates.
